The first 14 weeks are all geared towards a final testing week which will be sure to produce PBs in all lifts.

This program is not for anyone who has ever used the term: “New Year, New Me”…. This is for people who are serious about progress and willing to put the work in long term.

A huge amount of science, work and experience has gone into The Construct Program, and if followed correctly will add weight to all of your lifts.
